Stefano Bortoli (58) was appointed by ATR’s shareholders, Airbus and Leonardo, as Chief Executive Officer of ATR in September 2018.

Prior to this position, Stefano Bortoli was President of the ATR Board and Senior Vice-President (SVP) Strategy and Sales of Leonardo’s Aircraft Division from March 2017. Previously, he served as SVP Sales and Marketing of Leonardo Helicopter division from 2015 to 2017, and as SVP Staff Functions & Governance of Augusta Westland, from 2013 to 2015.

Between 2011 and 2013, he was Chief Executive Officer of Snai Group, an Italian firm specialised in the gaming market. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Lottomatica/GTECH in the United States, also in the gaming industry.

From 1989 to 2006, Stefano Bortoli was Co-Director and CFO at Alenia Aeronautica.

Stefano Bortoli started his professional career in 1985 in Italy as Internal Auditor at the pharmaceutical firm Johnson and Johnson and later spent three years at Ispettorato IRI, an Italian state-owned holding company.

He holds a degree cum laude in Economics from the University of Rome. He served as Officer at Guardia di Finanza, the Italian Financial Police, in 1984 and 1985. He is married and has one child.

    Eric Segura has been appointed ATR Senior Vice-President Procurement & Supply Chain as of November 2019, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli, and in this position is member of the company’s Executive Committee.

    Eric joined ATR from Airbus where he occupied a wide variety of key roles in Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain and Project/Programme management organisations for the last 30 years. His most recent positions before joining ATR include the role of Airbus Executive representative at Rolls-Royce in the UK for Airbus, Head of Supply Chain Operations and Logistics and Head of Electrical Hardware Procurement for Airbus Defence and Space, Head of Direct Materials Procurement for Astrium (now part of Airbus Defence and Space) and Head of Procurement Avionics and Simulations Products for Airbus France.

    He started his career in Aerospatiale Aircraft in 1989 as Flight Test Project and Propulsion System Design Engineer and joined Airbus in 1994 with positions in the engine and nacelle programme followed by the development and deployment of the new e-business solution for the supply chain management called Sup@airWorld.

    Eric is 55 and holds a Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de L’Aeronautique et de l’Espace (Sup’Aero) de Toulouse.

    Raphael joined ATR in 2005 as Vice President Quality, up to the end of 2011. Between 2012 and 2016, he held the positions of Vice-President Industry and Head of Manufacturing. In May 2017, he was appointed Accountable Manager of ATR’s Production Organisation.
     
    Raphael started his professional career in 1991, working for the French Airworthiness Authorities, as A320/A321 programme certification engineer. From 1993 to 2004, he held different management positions at the French governmental GSAC (the authority in charge of Civil Aviation Safety), dealing with certification, airworthiness, production and maintenance activities related to ATR and Airbus aircraft, including Airbus legacy programmes. He was part of the Concorde’s Return to Service team.
     
    Raphael Dubus is 51. He graduated from the French engineering school ESTACA (Paris) and served in the French Armoured Corps for one year. He is married and has three children.

    Fabrice, 52, holds an Engineering Degree in Aerospace from ENSAE / Sup’ Aero.
     
    He joined Aerospatiale in 1988 where he worked as an engineer (aerodynamics, preliminary design) in the Defense and Aircraft divisions. He then joined ATR’s Commercial Directorate in 1996, gaining and enhancing his knowledge of the regional market and customer understanding through successive positions in Customer Marketing and Aircraft Contracts. He was appointed SVP Commercial, IPU, in September 2018, in addition to his Head of Aircraft Contracts position.

    David Brigante, 54, helds a Degree in Business Administration from the Federico II University in Naples, Italy.

    During his career, he has held a number of successive different positions within Alenia Aermacchi. 

    He joined Alenia in 1988, and up to 2008 he had covered responsibilities from contract management to sales activities always within the commercial field for aerostructures.

    From 2008 to 2010 he held the position of Senior Vice-President Industrial Control and Planning, while between 2009 and 2010 he was also in charge of the Commercial Programs of Alenia. 

    Then, between 2010 and 2012 he was Senior Vice-President Procurement, and was in charge of all products and programs. 

    Since the end of 2012 he was Senior Vice-President Customer Support and Services, being responsible for the logistics support of all military programs in Alenia Aermacchi. 

    In January 2015, David Brigante has been appointed as new Senior Vice-President of the new Procurement directorate of ATR.

    He will be in charge of the contract negotiations with the suppliers of the aircraft manufacturer and will report to ATR's Chief Executive Officer Patrick de Castelbajac. He will sit on the Executive Committee.

    Giovanni Tramparulo

    Appointed in the position of Senior Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer in March 2016, Giovanni Tramparulo is in charge of Controlling, Accounting & Treasury, Sales Financing, Credit & Risk Management and Internal Control. On October 12, his term was renewed for four years at the occasion of the nomination of Christian Scherer as CEO of the company.

    Giovanni Tramparulo started his career in the aeronautical industry in 1985 at the Treasury Department of Aeritalia in Naples with the responsibility of managing foreign currencies. In 1988, he moved to the Headquarters of Alenia in Rome where he was responsible for Export Finance and Special Projects covering military and civil aircraft worldwide for all the divisions.

    He has a long-lasting experience with ATR. From 1992 to 2014, he held several senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer (2007-2010) and CEO’s Sales Finance Special Advisor (2010-2014). Before that, he was responsible of ATR’s Department of Sales Financing.

    Between 2014 and 2016, Giovanni Tramparulo was CEO’s Sales Finance Advisor at Superjet International in Venice.

    He is a lecturer for corporate finance and aircraft sales financing for various MBAs organized by the French National Institute of Civil Aviation (ENAC) of Toulouse; and developed with the Faculty of Aeronautics of the University of Rome a Master in Air Transport for the benefit of engineers working in the aviation industry.

    Giovanni Tramparulo is graduated cum laude in Economics from the University of Naples - Facoltà di Economia e Commercio – and in Business Studies from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d'Administration of Lausanne, Switzerland.

    Stephane Viala

    SVP Engineering and Head of Design Organization ATR. He was VP ATR Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering Integration in charge of technical definition and development of product, continuous improvement and continuous airworthiness since 2016.
    He previously worked for AIRBUS Commercial aircraft division during more than 16 years.

    He was A320 Incremental Development Chief Project Engineer in charge of Covering the Overall Physical Design, Overall A/C Design and Overall System Design defining and developing next steps for A320 program in the chief Engineering team.

    He moreover participated to define the architecture and technical aspects of R&T Programs during 4 years as head of Overall a/c Design encompassing flight physics, engine, Flight Test Bed and Methods and Tools perimeter after having set up flight test demonstrator organization for R&T.

    He has been also Head of A30X Flight Physics and Flight Dynamics Integrated team in charge of defining what could be a new Single Aisle a/c. The conclusion of those studies led to the launch of A320 NEO.

    Prior to those roles, he has been deputy of A350 Flight Dynamics integrated team. He has been also in charge of France Aerodynamic Methods team same time supporting any development involving fluid mechanics (e.g. Aerodynamics, Aerothermic, Fuel, Bleed Air and Icing)

    Furthermore, he is the owner of several patents in Aerospace field and was involved in several tiger teams supporting Airbus a/c programs.

    He obtained his Ph.D Degree on Turbulence Modeling from SUPAERO/ONERA in 1995 after graduating as an Aeronautics Engineer at ENSMA (École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique) in 1992

    On 1st June, Olga joined ATR as Head of Human Resources.

    A graduate in business law, she has held various HR senior management positions in the space and aeronautical sectors.

    She was Alcatel’s Head of Labour Relations and Social Policies for France for 10 years before going on to fill the same position at Thales Alenia Space.

    She joined Airbus in 2008, again as Head of Labour Relations and Social Policies for France.

    In 2013, she became Head of HRBPs Customer Affairs, Strategy and Airbus Corporate Secretary.

     Frédéric Torrea holds a Masters in Business Law (DEA en Droit des Affaires) from the Toulouse Law University and a Masters in Political Science with an emphasis on economy and finance  from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Toulouse.

    In 1991, he was hired as lawyer by Aerospatiale - Systems and Services - and, after three years, took responsibility of the Cooperation Department in this business unit.

    In 1996, Frédéric Torrea joined WorldSpace Inc., a company operating a digital radio broadcasting satellite system, first as lawyer at the company’s headquarters in Washington D.C., then as President of WorldSpace France, the French subsidiary of WorldSpace Inc.

    Frédéric Torrea re-joined the Airbus group at the end of 2001 as Senior Lawyer for Airbus S.A.S., mainly acting as counsel for aircraft-related procurement activities covering various practice areas such as contracts law and intellectual property law.

    As from the end of 2006, he took responsibility of the Airbus Procurement Contracts Department consisting of contract specialists negotiating the main procurement agreements and mastering contractual risks.

    In February 2009, Frédéric Torrea was appointed as ATR General Counsel and also is the company’s Export Control Officer and International Compliance Officer.

        Frédéric Torrea was born in 1964 in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, France.
        He is married and has a daughter.

    Roberto Del Pezzo holds a full-honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federico II University, in Naples. 

    He started its aeronautical career at Aeritalia (today Alenia Aermacchi) in 1983, holding various positions with the Product Support Directorate.

    In 1994 he joined the Quality Directorate of Alenia Aeronautica (today Alenia Aermacchi) as Quality Control manager first, and then he took this same position specifically for the ATR aircraft.

    In 1997 he was appointed as Head of the production plant of Alenia at Nola (Italy), and two years later he became Head of American programs at the plant of Pomigliano (Italy), including the manufacturing activities of Alenia for the Boeing 717s, 767s, and 777s.

    He moved back to the Quality Directorate in 2004, holding different positions including Senior Vice-President (SVP) Quality, SVP Quality assurance & Certification Deputy and Head of Program & Product Quality.

    In May 2015, he is appointed as ATR's Head of Quality.

    Christopher McGregor started his career in 1992 with Rolls-Royce. 

    With a background in engineering development and customer support he then joined BAE Systems Regional Aircraft in 1999

    Christopher’s career in customer support continued with Airbus from 2003

    He joined the Airbus Flight Safety Department in 2008, becoming Head of Accident/Incident Investigation in 2010

    In his last position as Senior Director, Airbus Customer Services Programs, Christopher was tasked with lead-time reduction and operational reliability projects.

    In March 2015, Christopher McGregor is appointed as Flight Safety Officer of ATR.

    • Christopher McGregor is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS).
    • He graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

    Maggie Bergsma

    Maggie Bergsma is Head of Communications and Corporate Branding of ATR per September 2018. In this role she drives the overall Communications and Corporate Branding strategy and implementation for ATR reporting to the ATR CEO.
    Previously, she occupied a variety of senior manager roles in the Airbus Group, including Head of Communications Airbus Spain and VP Communications for Military Aircraft , Vice President Media Relations for Airbus Defence and Space, Head of Media Relations for the Airbus Military division. Maggie joined the Airbus Group in 2003 as media relations manager and spokesperson for the commercial aircraft division, Airbus, based in Toulouse, and was appointed Deputy Vice President Media Relations for Airbus Commercial in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Maggie took on a 2-year assignment of Communications Director for Airbus Americas, in Washington DC.
    Prior to Airbus, Maggie worked for some 15 years as an international consultant specialised in tourism marketing and communications in developing countries in Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe on technical assistance programmes financed by international organisations like the European Commission and the World Tourism Organisation.  She has a B.Sc. in Hospitality Management and Marketing from the Hotel School The Hague and management diploma from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Maggie is of Dutch nationality and is married with three children.

    Develop and implement the corporate communication strategy  of ATR (and its subsidiaries) as well as provide strategic advice to the company’s management on all communication and reputation related topics in order to promote and protect the brand, its products and services as well as its reputation in full alignment with the company goals and business plan and in close collaboration with all the business functions and in alignment with shareholders communication functions.
